Zev Beckerman
Zev Beckerman is the CEO and Chief Architect of Bektek Enterprises. Zev holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Columbia University, a master’s degree in computer science from City College, and an MBA in business administration, management, and finance from Baruch College.

Customer Service Manager
Pam Carrington
Pam Carrington has been employed with Bektek since 2022 and serves as their Customer Service Manager. She is a highly accomplished Manager with over 20 years’ experience in all areas of Management which include Retail, Human Resources, Payroll, Client Services, Sales, Marketing, and Operations. Pam has a proven track record in developing and implementing operational and training strategies that increase productivity and revenue across the board. She is skilled in risk management, process optimization and fostering a collaborative work environment to drive revenue, growth and overall customer satisfaction.

Chief Operating Officer
Andrew Greenstein
Andrew Greenstein joined Bektek in 2020 as their COO. As the previous head of global payroll for IDT International, he has extensive experience with payroll management and product development. Andrew has an MBA from Tel Aviv University.

Implementation Manager
Leelanie Singh
Leelanie Singh has been with Bektek since 2021, working as their Implementation Manager to streamline the implementation process, thereby making the overall experience for clients and employees as easy and seamless as possible. Leelanie attended the University of Guyana in South America, where she graduated with a Computer Science degree. She possess 12+ years of payroll and HR experience in multiple states.

Director Of Operations
Joseph Mytelka
Joseph Mytelka joined Bektek in 2023 as the Director of Operations. Joseph’s ten years of experience in the healthcare industry allow him to excel with client communication and understanding the analytical process. Joseph holds a Bachelor’s degree focused in Business Administration and Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Tax Manager
Laura Sullivan
Laura Sullivan has been working with BekTek since 2020 and serves as the Manager of the Tax Team. She is a graduate of Seton Hall University with a B.A. English and Rutgers University with a B.S. in Management. She is a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) with over 30 years of experience in processing of payrolls and taxes.
